We've been working in film music for over 15 years, focussing especially on Far-Eastern ethnic style. These rare ethnic instruments are always hard to find on the sample market. So we specifically programmed these midi instruments for our own production needs.

A Chinese ethnic instrument is quite unique, it's wide range of sounds and depth of expression has always been a challenge to capture ina sample based midi instrument. Native Instrument Kontakt platform, with it's scripting language and flexible filter structure, provides us with the means to create a controllable virtual ethnic instrument that's optimised for real-time playing in the hands of the performer.
